Jambrina CPA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in our tax department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in tax preparation and planning.

Responsibilities:

Research, consult and proffer resolution to all IRS notices and other tax authorities.

• Lead and manage the preparation of Forms 1065, 1120, 1120s, 1040, 1040nr, 8804, 5471/5472.

• Conduct thorough reviews of tax documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws.

• Provide expert advice on tax planning strategies to optimize clients' financial positions.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and legislation and communicate their impact on clients' tax liabilities.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address tax-related inquiries and provide proactive solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• EA (Enrolled Agent) license is highly preferred.

• Five years of experience in tax preparation (Form 1065, 1120, 1120s, 1040, 1040nr, 8804, 5471/5472).

• Strong knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Tax Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
