Payroll Assistant
Location: Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities:
Research, consult and proffer resolution to all IRS notices and other tax authorities.
Collect and summarize timekeeping information.
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
Data Entry into spreadsheets and payroll system
Conduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning etc
Participate and support payroll projects
Review incoming mails and respond to agency notices
Maintaining and updating employee records on payroll system and master files.
Keep track of pay periods, wages salaries and PTO
Ensuring Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Maintaining physical and electronically payroll records.
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualification:
Excellent data entry skill
1-2 years experience in payroll
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skill
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi task efficiently
Experience with ADP
Bilingual- English and Spanish
